We are two sisters building SREY together—combining our training backgrounds, choreography roots, and heart for community so every class feels like home.

Our story

Two sisters who fell in love with fitness and never stopped sharing it.

We grew up swapping choreography in the kitchen and testing out strength drills in the driveway. SREY was born from that same sister energy—a mix of playful competition, deep care, and the belief that movement is better when it is shared.

Every class we build is our love letter to those who want to feel powerful, educated, and supported. We coach to better others through their form, increase confidence, and the provide the sense that you are never training alone.

Megan Byers

Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt

Megan Byers is the Founder and Trainer of SREY SCULPT LLC, a Philadelphia-based movement brand built to Sculpt, Refine, and Empower Your Body. She creates intentional, beat-driven fitness experiences that blend Pilates precision, sculpt-based strength, and community energy offered through studio classes, pop-ups, instructor trainings, and brand partnerships.

Her teaching is grounded in BASI Pilates methodology, with additional experience across Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Strength training bringing a strong focus on alignment, control, and intelligent, sustainable movement.

Megan is the creator and lead trainer of the 50-Hour SREY SCULPT Instructor Training Program, designed to educate and empower instructors through a dynamic, structured, and empowering approach to movement.

She also facilitates community pop-ups and wellness collaborations throughout Philadelphia and serves as a corporate wellness instructor, delivering Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and movement experiences for companies, conferences, and hotel partners.

Her work is dedicated to building a movement brand that bridges fitness, education, wellness, and community expanding through local programming, corporate wellness, and domestic and international retreats.

Adrienne Byers

Nutrition, Strength, and Conditioning

Adrienne Byers is an athletic trainer, paramedic, certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and movement specialist with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. Known for her high energy, dynamic coaching style, and technical precision, she brings a science-driven approach to every session that bridges strength, stability, and empowerment.

Her coaching blends athletic strength with mindful flow, inspiring clients to connect deeper, move smarter, and leave stronger inside and out.
