The SREY SCULPT 50-Hour Instructor Training

The SREY SCULPT 50-Hour Instructor Training is a structured educational program rooted in Pilates-based movement principles and designed to support the development of qualified fitness professionals.

This training emphasizes:

The SREY SCULPT method utilizes a structured 32-count musical framework to support consistency, timing accuracy, and effective class delivery.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

Core stability, alignment, endurance, and low-impact strength training rooted in Pilates-based movement principles.

Pillar 02

Programming + Musicality (32-Count Method)

Learn how to structure and deliver classes using a beat-based programming system rooted in 32-count phrasing.

This includes:

  • Understanding musical structure and tempo
  • Breaking down choreography into repeatable 32-count segments
  • Timing transitions to align with music
  • Building flow, consistency, and predictability within class design

Participants will develop the ability to teach in sync with music while maintaining clarity, control, and coaching effectiveness.

Training Schedule

All sessions will be held at Alchemy X from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM:

Hands-On Development

Participants will engage in applied learning through:

This phase reinforces skill development in a real-world teaching environment and supports readiness for final evaluation.

Structured Training Hours + Required Logs

To support successful completion of the program, participants are required to document their practical and educational hours throughout training.

These logs are part of the SREY SCULPT training process and are used to reinforce accountability, track structured learning, and support participant development.

Student Teaching Hours Log

Participants are required to complete and submit a log of supervised teaching hours.

This may include:

  • Tandem teaching sessions
  • Community-based teaching opportunities
  • Practice teaching in approved training environments

This log documents applied teaching experience, coaching growth, and class leadership development.

Personal Study Time Log

Participants are required to track independent study and personal practice completed outside of scheduled training sessions.

This may include:

  • Reviewing training materials
  • Practicing sequencing and choreography
  • Rehearsing cueing and transitions
  • Preparing for final assessment

This log reinforces course content and encourages consistent practice between training sessions.

Class Participation or Observation Log

Participants are required to log classes taken and/or observed during the training period.

This may include:

  • Taking SREY SCULPT classes
  • Observing class structure and instructor delivery
  • Studying musicality, transitions, and coaching techniques

This log deepens understanding of the SREY SCULPT method through active observation and participation.

Log Submission Requirement

All required logs must be completed and submitted prior to final assessment in order to verify completion of the program's structured practical learning components.

Final Assessment

To successfully complete the program, participants must demonstrate competency through:

  • A 50-minute recorded class

or

  • A live evaluated class

Assessment criteria include:

  • Class structure and programming
  • Cueing clarity and effectiveness
  • Movement safety and alignment
  • Application of musicality and 32-count timing within class structure

Megan Byers

Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt

Megan Byers is the Founder and Trainer of SREY SCULPT LLC, a Philadelphia-based movement brand built to Sculpt, Refine, and Empower Your Body. She creates intentional, beat-driven fitness experiences that blend Pilates precision, sculpt-based strength, and community energy offered through studio classes, pop-ups, instructor trainings, and brand partnerships.

Her teaching is grounded in BASI Pilates methodology, with additional experience across Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Strength training bringing a strong focus on alignment, control, and intelligent, sustainable movement.

Megan is the creator and lead trainer of the 50-Hour SREY SCULPT Instructor Training Program, designed to educate and empower instructors through a dynamic, structured, and empowering approach to movement.

She also facilitates community pop-ups and wellness collaborations throughout Philadelphia and serves as a corporate wellness instructor, delivering Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and movement experiences for companies, conferences, and hotel partners.

Her work is dedicated to building a movement brand that bridges fitness, education, wellness, and community expanding through local programming, corporate wellness, and domestic and international retreats.
